TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [4/2/2025]By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Failure to adhere to my terms may result in a blacklist where you will no longer be able to purchase art or designs from me. Please be sure to read carefully.PAYMENTS
1. Accepted payment forms include Cashapp, Paypal, and Kofi. All payments must be sent in USD.
2. Payments must be made in full once a sketch is approved by the buyer. In the case of payment plans the down payment will be sent instead.
3. Payment plans are only accept for payments over $150. Length of the plan can be discussed.
4. Backing out of bids or failure to pay will result in a blacklist and commission ban.PRODUCT DELIVERY
5. Updates will be sent during the sketch, lineart, flat color, and final phases. If you wish to opt out of these updates feel free to let me know.
6. Once the piece is completed and all payment has been sent, the buyer will then receive the unmarked product via messages or by email.REVISIONS
9. Any amount of edits or revisions can be made during the sketch phase and is highly encouraged.
10. Small edits may be made during the lineart and flat color stages without extra charge. However if edits/revisions require me to redo whole parts of the design fees may apply.
11. Any edits made after flat colors have been established that effect the design are subject to additional fees.
12. If you wish to make your own edits to my art please ask beforehand.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
14. My art is NEVER to be used for AI or NFT purposes.
15. My art is to be used for personal use only. Buyers are allowed to turn my art into physical merch but CANNOT sell or distribute it commercially.CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
16. Cancellations after the lineart is completed will receive partial refunds.
17. Cancellations before the sketch is complete will receive a full refund.
18. If I am unable to complete the commission at any point in the process, the buyer will receive a full refund.GENERAL
19. Do not remove my watermark/signature.
20. Do not steal, trace, or heavily reference my designs/art.
21. I have the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason.
22. Any design made by me (not redesign) is eligible for discounts for commissions.
23. Please credit me when posting/sharing my art on any platform.
24. Prices are subject to change based on demand, complexity, and time dedicated to the pieces.

Smaller and more cutesy, will receive a filtered and non filtered version. If the character is too complex some features will be simplified. Simple backgrounds (solid color, patterns, abstract) are free with this purchase.
